Rob Curley State Farm in Lansdale, PA is seeking a fully licensed, sales-driven Multiline Representative with a minimum of one year of prior State Farm agency experience. This is a remote position designed for a high-performing producer who knows how to close business consistently—while confidently handling service needs when required.

Licensing & Experience Requirements

Role Overview
This is a sales-first role. Your primary responsibility is generating revenue—cross-selling, upselling, conducting coverage reviews, and actively working leads.
You will also manage service tasks as needed, ensuring clients receive timely, professional support. The ability to pivot seamlessly from servicing a policy change into identifying and closing an additional coverage need is essential.
Key Responsibilities
Drive new business production through outbound follow-up, cross-sell campaigns, and inbound opportunities
Conduct coverage reviews designed to uncover gaps and close additional lines
Quote and close auto, fire, and life policies using a confident, needs-based sales approach
Follow up aggressively on unsold quotes and renewal opportunities
Handle policy endorsements, billing questions, and claims support when needed
Maintain accurate documentation within State Farm systems
Consistently meet or exceed monthly production goals
