Key Responsibilities
- Generate and manage a steady pipeline through outbound prospecting and inbound opportunities
- Conduct needs-based conversations to identify coverage gaps and recommend solutions
- Present and bind policies across insurance and financial service products
- Follow up persistently on leads, quotes, and renewal opportunities to drive conversions
- Maintain accurate client records and activity tracking within agency systems
- Support client service needs when required while identifying additional sales opportunities

Licensing Requirement
- Insurance licensing required (Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health)
