Responsibilities
- Welcome clients with a warm smile, both in-person and over the phone, ensuring they feel valued and directed to the right team member.
- Efficiently manage appointment scheduling and streamline office communications.
- Handle incoming inquiries, maintain client records, and ensure all information is up-to-date and accurate.
- Engage in sales conversations with prospective and existing clients, identifying their unique needs and presenting tailored insurance solutions.
- Provide exceptional customer service, consistently following up on client needs and inquiries.
- Assist the team with various administrative tasks and special projects as needed.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, capable of managing diverse tasks effectively.
- Comfortable engaging in sales conversations and identifying opportunities for client support.
- Computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Licensing Requirement Must possess or obtain a property and casualty insurance license prior to training start date
